About The International Breast Cancer Research Foundation

The International Breast Cancer Research Foundation was founded by Dr. Richard Love of the Univeristy of Wisconsin and several other cancer physicians in 1992 due to the frustration of the lack of progress in the fight against breast cancer.
Their mission statement is, " The International Breast Cancer Research Foundation believes that only through practical, cost-effective breakthrough research that takes advantage of the most promising opportunities and ideas everywhere in the world can we reach our goal of ending the suffering and death caused by breast cancer."
Based in Madison, Wisconsin, ICBRF is reaching out to women all over the world. They have studies going on in Vietnam, Philippines, China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Taiwan, Morocco, Nigeria, and many more countries.
